Mayor Emmet Embody called the meeting of the Cut Bank City Council to order at 12:10 PM, Monday, April 12, 2010. The following council members answered roll call: Tim Curtiss, William McCauley, Kelly Solberg and Tom Shock. City Clerk-Treasurer Diana Filban, City Superintendent Jim Suta and Police Chief Jeff Kraft were also present. All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Council and Mayor briefly discussed the best way to approach reviewing the City’s ordinances. Those present felt it would be best for everyone to review the same ordinances at the same time. Mayor Embody suggested Titles I through IV be reviewed at the May 10, 2010 meeting. All those present agreed.

There being no further business to come before the council, Councilperson Solberg moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:35 PM. The second motion was made by Councilperson Curtiss. The motion was approved 4-0.
