| CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: | ||||
Mayor Emmet Embody called the meeting of the Cut Bank City Council to order at 12:18 PM, Monday, May 10, 2010. The following council members answered roll call: Tim Curtiss, William McCauley and Kelly Solberg. Tom Shock was absent. City Clerk-Treasurer Diana Filban, City Superintendent Jim Suta and Police Chief Jeff Kraft were also present. All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. |

| DISCUSSION & DECISION ON UNION NEGOTIATIONS: | ||||
Mayor Embody reviewed the proposed changes to the union contract with the council and indicated it would be addressed again at the May 17, 2010 work session. |

| WORK SESSION: | ||||
Ordinances I – IV were reviewed by the Council and those present. The specific changes or updates which need to be addressed will be itemized by the Clerk-Treasurer and given to the City Attorney for review and interpretation. |

There being no further business to come before the council, Mayor Embody closed the meeting at 1:30 PM. |
