| CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: | ||||
| Mayor Joni Stewart called the meeting of the Cut Bank City Council to order at 12:14 PM, Monday, January 14, 2008. The following council members answered roll call: J.W. Eaton, Tom Shock and William McCauley. City Clerk-Treasurer Diana Filban and City Superintendent Jim Suta were also present. Councilperson Brotnov was absent. All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. | ||||

| APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 2007 CLAIMS: |

| Councilperson McCauley motioned to approve the December 2007 claims in the amount of $86,534.25. Councilperson Shock seconded the motion which passed 3-0. | ||||
| TRAVEL REQUESTS: |

| Councilperson McCauley moved to approve the travel requests for Jason Abbott to attend the Montana Executive Leadership Institute in Helena. The following dates were noted: January 20th – January 25th at the cost of $1,028.55; February 24 – 29th at the cost of $528.55; March 23rd – March 28th at the cost of $528.55 and April 13th – April 18th at the cost of $528.55. The total cost being $2,614.20. Councilperson Shock made the second motion. The call to vote was 3-0 in favor of the requests. | ||||

| There being no further business to come before the council, Councilperson Shock moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:18 PM which was seconded by Councilperson McCauley. The vote to adjourn was favorable. | ||||
