| CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: | ||||
| Mayor Joni Stewart called the meeting of the Cut Bank City Council to order at 12:03 PM, Monday, March 10, 2008. The following council members answered roll call: J. W. Eaton, William McCauley and Tom Shock. City Clerk-Treasurer Diana Filban and City Superintendent Jim Suta were also present. All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. | ||||

| ROBERT WINKOWITSCH’S ZONING REQUEST: |

| Councilperson Shock moved to approve Mr. Winkowitsch’s request for a zoning change on Block A, Lot 35 of the Vogt Addition from residential to commercial. Councilperson McCauley made the second motion. The motion passed 3-0. | ||||
| APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 2008 CLAIMS: |

Councilperson McCauley moved to approve the February 2008 claims in the amount of $45,999.04. Councilperson Shock was the second motion. The motion passed 3-0. |

| CORRESPONDENCE: | ||||
Some discussion was held regarding the funding strategy for the water distribution system improvements. Discussion was also held on ways to achieve funding for Railroad Street repaving. |

| There being no further business to come before the council, Councilperson Eaton moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:33 PM. The second motion was made by Councilperson Shock. The motion was approved 3-0. | ||||
