| I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: | ||||
| Mayor Joni Stewart called the meeting of the Cut Bank City Council to order at 12:10 PM, Monday, May 12, 2008. The following council members answered roll call: J.W. Eaton, Kelly Solberg, William McCauley and Tom Shock. City Clerk-Treasurer Diana Filban, City Superintendent Jim Suta and Police Chief Jason Abbott were also present. All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. | ||||

| II. APPROVAL OF APRIL 2008 CLAIMS: |

| Councilperson McCauley moved to approve the April 2008 claims. Councilperson Eaton seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0. | ||||
| III. DISCUSSION OF THE UNION CONTRACT: |
||||
A discussion was held regarding the Union Contract for the Crew Members for the next two fiscal years. Mayor Stewart, J. W. Eaton and Tom Shock will meet with the Union representative on May 21, 2008. |

| IV. ADJOURNMENT: | ||||
| There being no further business to come before the council, Councilperson Shock moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:50 PM. The second on the motion came from Councilperson McCauley. The motion carried 4-0. | ||||
