We accept cash, checks, or credit /debit cards. If paying with a card, either online, in person, or over the phone, there is a bank fee of 3.5%.  For security reasons, we ask that you don't put cash in either of our drop box locations.

Bills are mailed on the last business day of the month and that payment is due on the 20th of the next month. A $10 penalty will be applied to your account on the 21st of the month by 10am. If the 20th falls on a holiday or on a weekend, we allow a grace period of the next business day and then the penalty will be applied by 10am the day after that.

Irrigation rates are rates that are put on your water account for the spring and summer months.  The rate is less than the normal rate during fall and winter to encourage homeowners and tenants to take care of their lawn and landscaping.  Water usage is averaged for the months of January, February, and March and this number is used to calculate your irrigation rate.  Once you reach your average water usage, the irrigation rate kicks in at a reduced price.

For example, if your average water usage for those three months is 378 cubic feet per month, any water usage AFTER you reach 378 c.f. will be calculated as the rate for irrigation.

Irrigation rates are lower than regular rates because the water you use for your lawn and/or landscaping doesn't affect the city's sewer plant operations.
